What do I have to do?
A 15-minute call and one hour on camera a month.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. We set the price on the 15-minute call and send it to you in writing.
When do I know the price?
Before anything is filmed. Scope and price come in writing after the call, and nothing starts until you say yes.
Is my business a fit?

Do you have proof?

What if I hate being on camera?
You're answering questions your customers already ask. We write them. You say them your way. 90 seconds each.
Who approves the videos?
You do. Nothing posts you haven't seen.
What if a video flops?
If a video sits under your account's 30-day average views after 48 hours, we re-cut it. We post it again, free, once per video. We measure on the platform it posted to.
What happens after the first month?
You get a report. We look at what moved, what didn't, and what to film next. Everything we built for you stays yours.
Do I need the 24/7 front desk?
No. It's for businesses that book by message. Content and ads work without it.
Is the front desk a robot talking to my customers?
It's AI, and it comes with Signature. It tells people it's an automated assistant. It answers in under a minute with your approved prices and books. Platform outages and delivery delays are the exception. It never gives medical advice or guesses a price. It never asks for health details or comments on a photo. Anything clinical goes to your team with an alert.
Do you touch customer or patient records?
No. Front of house only. For medical practices, we sign a BAA. It does not cover Instagram or Facebook, so we keep health details out of DMs.
