Patheom LLC ("Patheom", "we", "us") helps medical and aesthetic practices in Orange County and Los Angeles answer and book their patients. This page explains what information we collect through this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a call through our form, we collect what you type in: your name, your practice name, your email address, and your phone number. That is it. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not collect information about you in the background while you browse.
If you book a time through our embedded scheduling calendar, the scheduling provider also processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
How we use it

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We use trusted service providers (such as form delivery and scheduling tools) only to operate this website and respond to you.

By submitting our form, you agree that we may contact you by call, text, and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or simply telling us.
Patient information
This website is for practice owners and their teams. It does not collect patient health information, and Patheom's marketing and scheduling services operate on the front end of a practice only. We never handle clinical records or medical decisions.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact information for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and delete it on request.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we will do it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we honor them for everyone.
