Our early classes are full. Why film?
Midday classes and new locations still need members, even when the 6am wait list is long. Videos show a beginner the room, the pace, and the coach before she books. Every clip waits for your yes before it goes up.
We run more than one studio. How does that work?
Each location gets its own filming day on a rotation, with its own coaches and room. Replies know each studio's schedule and address. Extra locations change the scope, so Patheom prices that on the call and sends it in writing.
What happens to the content if a coach leaves?
The videos stay with the studio, not the coach. Patheom films several coaches so the account never hangs on one face. When someone new joins, they get on camera early so members meet them before class.
What if I watch a video back and hate it?
A video you do not like never posts. Tell Patheom what is off and it gets re-cut. On Signature, edits come back within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Members never see a take you rejected.
Do you film group classes with members in the room?
Members appear on camera only after signing your release, and plenty of clips need no member at all. Patheom shoots the coach, the rig, and the room before or after a class. Nothing posts until you have watched it.
Can the front desk sell intro packs and memberships?
On Signature, the front desk explains the intro packs you have approved and books a first class. It will not invent a discount or quote a membership price you have not set. Checkout stays in whatever system the studio uses now.
How fast does a new member's message get answered?
On Social, comments and DMs get answered during business hours by Patheom's team. On Signature, a front desk works around the clock and replies in under a minute, outages aside. It says it is an automated assistant, and health questions go to a coach with an alert.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. We set the price on the 15-minute call and send it to you in writing.
When do I know the price?
Before anything is filmed. Scope and price come in writing after the call, and nothing starts until you say yes.
