We take the Edens or Sheridan and park at your door or the job site. On a remodel, interior filming waits for the homeowner's signed release. Our work comes from referrals. Why do we need videos?

Referrals still look you up before they call, usually on a phone at night. A neighbor's recommendation gets someone to your page, and what they find there shapes the call. Videos of your crew, your team at the chair, or your bench back that up.

Do you really drive to Lake Forest for a filming day?

Filming days happen at your business or job site, from Evanston up to Lake Forest. We time the drive around rush hour on the Edens. The farthest towns simply get an earlier call time.

Can you film our younger patients?

Minors appear on camera only with a parent or guardian's written consent. A day can work with no patients at all, filming your team, the scanner, and the open bay. On Signature, the front desk books first visits by DM and tells parents it is automated. It never asks about a child's health in a message, and Patheom signs a BAA.

How many videos will we get each month?

Social covers 12 to 15 videos a month, and Signature runs 24 to 30. All of them come from one or two filming days at your shop, office, or job site. Scripts, editing, and posting are handled for you.

How does pricing get set before we start?

Both plans are paid. On the 15-minute call we set price and scope, then send both to you in writing. Filming waits until you say yes to that. Social and Signature each include scripts, editing, posting, and a report.

What if we hate a video?

A video you dislike never posts, because approval comes before anything goes live. Say what is wrong and the edit comes back. On Signature, that is inside 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Your notes shape the next script too.

Who answers a message that comes in at night?

Comments and DMs on Social are handled by Patheom in business hours, in your voice. Signature adds a 24/7 front desk that answers in under a minute, outages aside. It books to your calendar, tells people it is automated, and passes anything sensitive to your team.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. We set the price on the 15-minute call and send it to you in writing.

When do I know the price?

Before anything is filmed. Scope and price come in writing after the call, and nothing starts until you say yes.
