Winter filming moves indoors: demo, framing, tile, and cabinets under work lights. Heating crews have boiler swaps and furnace installs to show. If snow closes the roads, Patheom moves the day and posts from footage already shot.
Can you film a dental practice inside a Loop office building?
Loop towers work once building rules, freight elevator access, and parking are cleared ahead of time. Patheom films between patients, so no chair sits empty waiting on us. A BAA is signed before the first filming day, and patients appear only with written consent.
What do we get in writing each month?
Social comes with a monthly report on what posted and what it did. Signature adds a weekly report, a monthly strategy call with Giancarlo, and edits back within 24 hours. Those edits come back Monday to Friday. Before day one, the scope and the monthly price arrive in writing.
Do you film in the suburbs or only in the city?
Filming days run across the Chicago metro in person, city and suburbs alike. One day can start in Logan Square and end on the North Shore. The drive is ours to plan, and you pick the date that suits your crew.
Whose permission do you need to film inside a two-flat?
Every homeowner signs a written release before Patheom films inside the house. In a two-flat or a rental, the tenant in that unit signs too. Anyone who would rather stay off camera stays off it, and the work still carries the video.
Most of our work comes from referrals. Why post at all?
Referred homeowners still look you up before they call, and your page is what they find. Videos of the crew and the finish work answer what a referral cannot. A gut rehab gets researched for weeks, and your feed is what they study.
