A feed that went quiet last year gives a good referral a reason to pause. Posting puts your newest projects in front of the people already asking about you.
Where does our CSLB license number go?
California counts any post that asks for business as an ad, so your CSLB number goes on it. We place it on every profile, in every caption, and on Signature, in every ad. The license is yours, and we never promote work outside your classification. In Chicago we run your general contractor license number in ads instead.
Our clients won't want a camera in their home. Then what?
Every homeowner signs a written release before we film, and faces stay off camera without adult sign-off. Kids, house numbers, and the street stay out of frame, as do crew or subs without a release. Our film crew follows your site safety rules and stays out of containment. Posts can wait until the job wraps, or we film another project, your showroom, or your shop.
Can we talk about cost on camera without quoting prices?
Budget videos work when they explain what moves a number instead of naming one. We film you on layout changes, relocated plumbing, structural work, finishes, and permits. Specific prices stay out of the videos, so nothing reads as a quote. The real number comes from your own estimating process, never from a video or a DM.
Does a filming day pull me off my job sites?
A filming day runs on your schedule, and your part is about an hour a month. We shoot the rest with your PM, your crew, and the house itself. Scripts come written, so there is no homework the night before a shoot.
How many posts a month, and whose footage is it?
On Social, 12 to 15 project videos post each month. Signature roughly doubles that, at 24 to 30. Your accounts stay under your own login, and project footage belongs to your firm. Nothing reaches your feed before you approve it.
How is the price set for a design-build firm?
The 15-minute call is where price and scope get pinned down. You receive both in writing before we film your first job site. Nothing begins until you have read those terms and agreed to them. Social covers a single filming day each month, and Signature covers two.
