My clients value privacy. Will any of them appear in videos?
Clients appear on camera only when they choose to, and nobody is filmed by accident. Most days are built around you, your team, and your rooms. Anyone who does appear signs written consent first, collected by your office. For medical practices, we sign a BAA.
Our showroom is on Oak Street, but the bench is on Jewelers Row. Can you film both?
One filming day can start at the bench on Wabash and end in the Oak Street showroom. Patheom makes no claims about stone grades, certifications, or investment value. You approve every claim before anything posts.
Do Gold Coast videos need to look expensive?
A Gold Coast video needs to look like you on a good day, not like a commercial. We shoot on a phone with clean light and sound, in your own rooms. Heavy production tends to read as an ad. The first one might be the surgeon talking plainly about recovery.
Do I have to be the one on camera?
The owner's part is a single hour on camera each month. Gold Coast clients buy the person before the brand, so that hour matters. Your staff, the bench, and the consult room fill the rest of the filming day.
How does consent work for the people who appear?
Written consent comes first for any patient or client on camera, collected by your office. Medical practices also get a signed BAA, and the practice approves every before-and-after. Nothing shot in your rooms goes out without your sign-off.
Who owns the videos if we stop?
Every video, script, and raw file stays with the business, including after the work ends. Accounts stay in your name from the first day. Patheom posts from them and returns access the moment you ask.
What if a video falls flat?
A video that lands under your account's 30-day average after 48 hours gets re-cut. The new version posts again at no charge, once per video. Performance is judged on the platform where the video ran.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. We set the price on the 15-minute call and send it to you in writing.
When do I know the price?
Before anything is filmed. Scope and price come in writing after the call, and nothing starts until you say yes.
