Winter is design season. North Shore homeowners plan next summer's pool, covered patio, and outdoor kitchen while the ground is frozen. Your filming days then cover design meetings, material samples, and your design studio. Summer build and reveal footage gets edited into new posts for the cold months.
Does our CSLB number need to be on the ads?
Your CSLB number belongs on every ad and every social profile under California rules. We add it to each bio and each caption, and on Signature, to each ad. The license stays yours, and we stay inside the classifications you hold. If you hold a Chicago general contractor license, we show that number too.
Can my designer be on camera instead of me?
The owner of a pool company is on camera about an hour a month. Most of that hour happens at a finished yard. Your designer, your project manager, and your crew cover the rest of each shoot day. We write every line, so nobody has to think up what to say on site.
How fast does a backyard inquiry get an answer?
Messages to a pool builder arrive at night and on weekends, so speed matters here. On Social, our team answers comments and DMs in business hours. On Signature, a front desk answers day and night and books the design consult. That front desk states plainly that it is automated, and it never floats a price.
We want to start mid season. What gets settled first?
The 15-minute call sets your price and the scope of work. Both arrive in writing, signed off by you, before our crew films a single yard. Season does not change that order. A mid summer start simply opens with a build already in the ground.

It depends on the scope. We set the price on the 15-minute call and send it to you in writing.
When do I know the price?
Before anything is filmed. Scope and price come in writing after the call, and nothing starts until you say yes.
