Patheom

For Tattoo Studios

Marketing done for you, for tattoo studios in Southern California and Chicago.

Patheom is a marketing agency for tattoo studios in Los Angeles, Burbank, and Chicago. Running a multi-artist studio means keeping every book full, not just yours. Your artists are gloved up for hours, and nobody touches a phone mid-line. Reference screenshots, sizing questions, and who does fine line stack up in the DMs until closing.

Clients pick an artist by scrolling healed work and watching a piece go on. Patheom does content creation for tattoo shops, in person, built around real sessions. We script, film at your stations, edit, and post to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The studio account features every artist, so guests and newer artists get seen too. Nothing posts until you sign off.

What we do

Three things, built for tattoo studios.

Content

We shoot at the station mid-session: stencil placement, the first line, the wipe that shows the work. Every artist who wants camera time gets it, guest artists included. Healed work gets filmed when a regular comes back in. Flash days get a teaser from filming-day footage. Send a phone clip after, if you feel like it. Your one hour a month covers what people ask at the counter. Anyone in the chair signs a release first.

Offers and ads

On Signature

On Signature, the studio gets one named offer, built around the work you want more of. Say you'd rather book sleeves than walk-in flash. The offer might be The Sleeve Plan. A consult with the artist, a placement sketch, and session dates on the calendar. You pick the ad budget, and the platform bills it separately from our fee. Each ad opens a DM, and every DM gets answered.

The inbox

Same questions, every night. How do deposits work? Who has openings? Do you take walk-ins? We cover comments and DMs in business hours. On Signature, a 24/7 front desk answers in under a minute, outages aside. It books with the right artist. It's AI, built from your deposit policy, artist openings, and shop voice. It identifies itself as an automated assistant. It never comments on photos, guesses prices, or gives medical advice. Healing questions go to your team with an alert.

Scripts

Three videos we'd film first.

  1. 01What a cover-up can hide, and what it can't
  2. 02Why fine line looks different once it heals
  3. 03How to get a spot with a booked-out artist

Services

Two ways to work with us.

Price and scope are set on the 15-minute call and sent in writing before we start.

FAQ

Questions from tattoo studios.

Our artists have their own followings. Why does the studio need content?

An artist's following belongs to the artist and leaves when they do. The studio account keeps your shop in front of people and gives newer artists a stage. It also shows artists you want to recruit what the shop is like.

What if a client wants their tattoo kept offline?

A client who says no is never filmed, and the piece stays offline. Patheom asks before the camera comes out, and a yes means a signed release. Plenty of good clips never show whose arm it is. If someone changes their mind after posting, the clip comes down.

How much camera time does the shop owner actually need?

One hour a month in front of the lens covers the owner, with Patheom writing the lines. The rest of a filming day belongs to your artists, the stations, and the work itself. Artists who would rather stay off camera are left alone.

How is the price set before a filming day?

The 15-minute call settles scope and price, and both arrive in writing before a camera comes out. Social and Signature are both paid, and you pick the one that fits the shop. Nothing gets filmed until the studio has said yes to that scope.

Do you work with tattoo studios in Chicago and Los Angeles?

Patheom films in person across Los Angeles, Burbank, and the Chicago metro. A crew comes to the shop. Nothing gets filmed remotely. The 15-minute call starts with a look at your page and your inbox.

Someone DMs asking what a half sleeve costs. What happens?

Custom work gets a conversation with the artist, not a number in a DM. Patheom asks for size, placement, and references, then books a consult. On Signature, the front desk does this at any hour. It shares only prices you have approved, like flash or your shop minimum.

Can the front desk match a DM to the right artist?

On Signature, the front desk routes each DM by style. You tell it who does fine line, who does traditional, and who takes cover-ups. When someone asks for an artist by name, it checks that artist's openings first. If they are booked out, it offers your waitlist or a similar artist.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. We set the price on the 15-minute call and send it to you in writing.

When do I know the price?

Before anything is filmed. Scope and price come in writing after the call, and nothing starts until you say yes.

Is my business a fit?

We build for established businesses doing $1M a year or more. Close to that and growing? Tell us on the call.

Do you have proof?

Our founders have taken local businesses to millions of views. We'll show you the screenshots on the call.

Who runs Patheom?

Four founders run Patheom. Giancarlo Guccione takes the calls, answers the phone listed here, and runs the monthly strategy call on Signature.
