Patheom films in Los Angeles County and Orange County, in person. That covers the Valley, the Westside, the South Bay, Long Beach, and the San Gabriel Valley. In Orange County the range runs from Brea down to San Clemente. If you sit outside both counties, bring it up on the 15-minute call. Scope and price get set on that call and confirmed in writing.

Short video is where Southern California homeowners and patients do their homework now. A walkthrough of a finished backyard answers questions a brochure cannot. A surgeon explaining recovery earns trust before the consult ever happens. Plain and accurate beats polished, and you sign off on each video.
How do before-and-after photos work for a surgical practice?
Every before-and-after image waits on your practice's approval before it posts. California requires specific disclosures on those images, and each one carries them. Patheom signs a BAA with the practice first, and health details stay out of messages.
How many videos go up in a month?
Social posts 12 to 15 videos a month, and Signature posts 24 to 30. Patheom handles the scripts, the filming, the edit, and the posting. Nothing reaches your accounts until you have approved it.
How much of my week does a filming day take?
A filming day happens once or twice a month, at your office or job site. You spend about an hour on camera across the whole month. Your crew, your space, and the work in progress carry the rest of the day.
Who owns the footage and the social accounts?
Your accounts stay in your name, and every clip filmed at your business belongs to you. The videos, the scripts, and the reply library sit with you as well. Patheom posts into those accounts and never owns them.
