Nothing gets filmed until the price and scope are agreed in writing. We settle both on the 15-minute call and send them over. Social and Signature are paid plans, and you approve each video before it goes up.

What happens if I watch a video and hate it?

A video you dislike never reaches the feed, because your approval comes before posting. Tell us what is off and we re-cut it. On Signature, edits come back within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Can you film on the canyon streets south of Ventura?

Canyon jobs off Beverly Glen and Coldwater are tight for a truck. We park where your crew tells us to and carry the kit in by hand. House numbers and the neighbors' front doors stay out of frame.

Can your team quote a pool or an addition in the DMs?

Pricing and timelines on a pool or an addition come from you, after you have seen the site. The inbox books the visit and passes along what the homeowner described. Nobody gets a number or a start date by message.
