A small plaza office films well and reads as honest on a phone. We shoot the orthodontist explaining a plan, the team at work, and the tools families ask about. How do we know the scope and price up front?
The 15-minute call fixes what gets filmed each month and what it costs. That goes to you in writing before the first shoot. Both plans are paid, and no camera comes out until you approve the plan.
How many videos land on our feed each month?
A Social month brings 12 to 15 videos, posted across your three profiles. Signature moves the count to 24 to 30 and adds ads and a strategy call. Either way the footage comes from one or two days at the shop or office.
Who owns the accounts while we work together?
Your Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts stay in your name the whole time. Patheom posts from them and hands access back the day you ask. Raw footage from every Torrance filming day is yours too.
What if a video comes back wrong?
A video that misses the mark never reaches your feed, since approval comes first. Send notes and we redo the cut until it sounds like your shop. Signature turns edits around within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Will you quote a price when someone asks about a new AC unit?
Replies never quote a price or a timeline for a new unit. We ask a few questions and book the estimate on your calendar. On Signature, a 24/7 front desk does the same and tells people it is automated.

When do I know the price?
Before anything is filmed. Scope and price come in writing after the call, and nothing starts until you say yes.
